Use our secure Stripe portal to update your payment method, view your monthly payment history and invoices, or cancel a monthly gift.

Open donor portal

Enter the email address you used to donate. Stripe will email you a secure sign-in link. You do not need a CAE account or password.

Cancel anytime.

Open your monthly donation in the portal, select the cancellation option, and confirm. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future monthly charges. No phone call, advance notice, or explanation is required.

Cancellation does not automatically refund past gifts or reverse a payment already processing. If you have a question about a charge or want to request a refund, contact us.

Want to change your amount?

You can cancel your current monthly gift in the portal, then start a new monthly gift with your preferred amount. The new gift is charged when you confirm checkout, so choose the timing that works for you.

If the sign-in email does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you used your donation email. If a gift is missing from the portal, you have more than one monthly gift, or you need an acknowledgment for a one-time donation, contact us.
