Ways to use the site

• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, and Enter or Space to activate the appropriate control. The “Skip to content” link lets you bypass the navigation.
• Use your browser’s zoom and text settings. The site adapts to smaller screens and larger text.
• Choose “Pause motion” on the homepage to stop the animated scene and parallax. We also respond to your device’s reduced-motion preference.
• Compass offers a text mode alongside its visual experience. Both modes use the same questions and produce the same results from the same answers.

Report a barrier or request help

If you cannot read something, use a control, or complete a task, contact us and choose “General.” Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.

You can also ask for help accessing information or a purchased resource in a different format. Tell us which resource you need and what would make it usable for you.

Ongoing improvements

We review the site for keyboard access, readable content, mobile layouts, and motion preferences. We have not completed an independent accessibility certification, and some areas may still need improvement.

External services, including the event calendar, payment pages, and linked resources, have their own interfaces. If one creates a barrier, contact us so we can help you find another way to access the information.
