Beyond
Compass tells you where. Beyond keeps you building.
Beyond is the self-running career engine we are building for everything after your results: your plan, your projects, and your proof, week after week, for as long as you are building.
Being built now. Nothing here is for sale yet.
What Beyond will be
Five engines, one system. Every one is named as coming because that is the truth: none of them exists today.
This is the build order, said plainly. The living roadmap arrives first; everything else follows it.
Living roadmap
Coming firstWeekly sprints generated from your exact Compass results: this week's tasks, why they matter, and how long they honestly take. Fall behind and it re-plans from where you are. A plan change, not a failure, and never a restart from zero.
Proof Studio
ComingEvery portfolio project as a guided build: a realistic brief, milestones, and templates instead of a blank page. Finished work is graded against a real rubric, fixed until it passes, and published to a proof page that assembles your evidence as you go.
Market radar
ComingA job radar that re-reads real postings for your titles and region, flags the realistic ones, and names exactly which pieces of your proof to mention. Your gap report refreshes as the postings change, with sources and dates visible.
Interview Room
ComingMock interviews for your exact target titles, spoken out loud, with honest read-backs per answer, model answers, and weak-spot tracking, plus a salary and negotiation pack that teaches the levers nobody teaches, in the advocate-without-apology voice.
Drills and decisions
ComingShort daily drills for your gaps that teach why the tempting wrong answer was tempting, a certification decision tool with receipts from real postings, and outreach notes that write themselves around your background.
One rule travels with all of it: the honest first-role window from your Compass results stays permanently visible inside Beyond. A tool that only tells you what feels good has stopped being this tool.
Who Beyond is for
People who finished Compass and are holding a direction. That is the whole list. Beyond only ever starts from results, because it runs on them: your lane, your gaps, your hours, your non-negotiables.
Both doors carry in. New to this work, Beyond runs the build from your first foundations. Already in cyber and redirecting, it starts from what you carry, and it will never hand real tenure a beginner's plan.
The honest horizon
Compass gave you a first-role window at your real pace: a range, in months, honest about your hours. Beyond keeps that number on screen and never shrinks it to close a sale.
What it measures instead is what you build: a direction confirmed, foundations laid, work finished and graded and published, until testing the market is an evidence-backed decision instead of a leap. Any count of days you ever see inside Beyond will describe a build, never a hire.
Readiness honesty, inside the paid product too
The readiness meter tells the truth even after you pay. If the honest read is that you are not ready to apply aggressively yet, Beyond will say exactly that, plus the part that matters: you are not behind, and holding is the plan working.
The posture, before the product
Parts of Beyond are still open founder decisions. Here is where each one stands, so nothing on this page quietly hardens into a promise it has not earned.
Deliverables, or it has not earned your money
Beyond is being designed so its central promise is checkable by the system itself: finish your first proof cycle and you should be holding real things you can show. A confirmed direction. Graded portfolio pieces on a public proof page. A resume matched to real postings. A clear next step. Whether that intent carries formal refund terms at launch is a founder decision still open, so nothing here is a term sheet. One boundary is already fixed: no employment timeline will ever be part of any promise in Beyond.
The human rhythm
The base product runs without humans on purpose, so the price can stay within reach. The humans sit beside it: a free monthly group session with the founder for members, and paid one-on-one sessions as the single place a person is part of the price. That inventory will be small and real. How small is a founder decision still open, so no seat counts are claimed here.
Scholarship seats, by design
Beyond will be priced for access, with scholarship seats built into the model from the start: members who can pay it forward funding seats for members who cannot, alongside a share of revenue. The percentage and the mechanics are founder decisions still open. The posture is not: the people who need this most will not be priced out.
Compass stays free forever, never gated, never nagged. Beyond starts where it points, and its engines are free to use right now while it is being built. When it is priced, it will be priced so the people who need it most can afford it, funded by the people and organizations who can pay more.
You are building a career, not just passing a test. Beyond is being built to act like it.
